Leading the Way to Brighter Futures

National CASA/GAL Association 2022 Annual Conference

In 2022, the National CASA/GAL Association for Children will offer an opportunity to come together for collaboration, training and professional development at an in-person Annual Conference in June. We invite you to join us for our Annual Conference in Seattle during our 40th anniversary year. This conference will bring our vibrant network together for in-depth learning, networking opportunities and collaborative discussions about the issues that impact our work and our future.

Connect with Colleagues and Learn from the Best in Child Advocacy

The 2022 Annual Conference will provide an opportunity for you to network and connect with your CASA/GAL colleagues. Discussing current issues in-depth, connecting with CASA/GAL friends and peers, and sharing and learning from one another are always highlights of the Annual Conference – and these moments are especially needed after so much time apart.

The innovative and informative programming offered at the Annual Conference will help CASA/GAL local program and state organization staff, board members and volunteers enhance their knowledge, deepen their understanding of issues, and discuss promising practices that will advance our collective work. You will have the opportunity to hear directly from inspiring and knowledgeable plenary speakers, and conference sessions will provide exceptional learning opportunities on critical topics including advocacy skills and child welfare, leadership, governance, diversity and equity, fundraising and more.

Reflect on our Legacy and Help Shape the Future

Seattle is home to the National CASA/GAL Association for Children, and it’s where our movement of volunteer advocates found its start. Celebrate the Association’s 40th anniversary by coming together where it all began. You’ll be inspired by stories of those who have shaped our movement in the last four decades – and you will be a part of our enduring legacy.

As we work together to shape brighter futures for children, youth and families, we will be steered by a new strategic framework that will be introduced at the Annual Conference. You will be among the first to hear about the strategic goals and initiatives of the National CASA/GAL Association and the framework that will guide us into the future.
