For the 2020 National CASA/GAL Virtual Conference, we aim to re-energize program leaders, staff and volunteers; and ultimately better serve children and youth as we move into 2021. Through carefully curated sessions and institutes, conference attendees will:

  1. Reconnect with peer-to-peer engagement.
  2. Recharge through professional development opportunities and best practice sharing.
  3. Reignite their passion for service.

This year’s conference will feature prominent speakers, dynamic sessions and more, with the goal of helping attendees prepare for a new tomorrow. You don’t want to miss it!

Conference registrants may also register for institutes on topics such as leadership and volunteer administration. The institutes require an additional fee.

Learning Sessions are being added each and every day. Please visit Learning Sessions for dates, times and descriptions to date. Instructions on how to register for specific sessions will be available in early-September. Institute selection is available on the next page.

Please select one Institute per conference day. Institutes run concurrent with the conference Learning Sessions.
Registration for each institute is limited. Once capacity is reached, please email conference@nationalcasagal.org to be added to a waitlist.

Awards of Excellence Celebratory Program

Awards of Excellence Celebratory Program

October 21, 2020 – 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. ET
This celebratory program features the annual awards ceremony honoring our dedicated advocates, judges, board members and staff.

Information

Individuals and programs awarded grant funding for use at the Fostering Futures in-person conference that was cancelled can use the available balance of the award that was allocated to annual conference registration, conference travel and institutes toward the virtual conference. Award amounts for the conference can be used for virtual conference registration and institutes for staff, volunteers, and board members within your program.

Reimbursement for conference-related expenses will follow the same procedure used for all other grant award expenditures. Email questions about your conference grant funding to grants@nationalcasagal.org.

FULL CONFERENCE OPTION:

  • Staff, Board Members and General Attendees = $150
  • CASA/GAL Volunteer Advocates and Students = $80

ONE DAY CONFERENCE OPTION

  • Staff, Board Members and General Attendees = $90
  • CASA/GAL Volunteer Advocates and Students = $50

Institutes

  • $125/each (separate from the conference registration)
  • Full conference or one day conference registration required
  • Conference registration includes access to the full or one day experience including, access to live Reconnect & Recharge sessions and day of learning session recordings

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations will be allowed until September 28, 2020, less $20 cancellation fee per registration.
